"The Big Business - Small Business Emergency Management Mentorship Program" is a voluntary program designed to enhance the overall business resiliency of the nation. While participation in this program is strictly voluntary for both mentor and protégé, it is recommended that both parties agree on the roles, responsibilities, and expectations prior to the beginning of any partnership. Any such arrangements made between the participants are solely the concern of the mentor and protégé and are not to be regulated by the program administrator or any of its affiliates.

This program was created to provide valuable guidance to the business community in preparing for, responding to and recovering from emergency situations. Participation in this program does not guarantee any specific deliverables to or by those participating organization as outlined in the following warranty statement:

Big Business - Small Business Emergency Management Mentorship Program and DisasterB2bMentor.org expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Specifically, Big Business - Small Business Emergency Management Mentorship Program and DisasterB2bMentor.org makes no warranty that (i) the Big Business - Small Business Emergency Management Mentorship Program and DisasterB2bMentor.org will meet your requirements, (ii) and the quality of any content, products, services, information or other material obtained by any participant will meet his or her expectations. Excluding only damages arising out of Big Business - Small Business Emergency Management Mentorship Program and DisasterB2bMentor.org gross negligence or willful misconduct, Big Business - Small Business Emergency Management Mentorship Program and DisasterB2bMentor.org shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Big Business - Small Business Mentorship Program and DisasterB2bMentor.org has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from any participant's engagement or inability to engage the Small Business Mentorship Program and DisasterB2bMentor.org; or any other matter relating to the Small Business Mentorship Program and DisasterB2bMentor.org. Nothing herein shall be deemed to create an agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship of any kind between Small Business Mentorship Program and DisasterB2bMentor.org and any participant, Mentor, Mentor Organization or other person or entity nor does this Agreement extend rights to any third party.
